5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely in love with my Tangled design on my wedding shoes! I’ve had this design and seller saved for 2 years waiting until I was engaged and planning my wedding! Tangled and Rapunzel were always my favorite and I love this as an easter egg on a very important day to pay homage to my favorite movie. My wedding isn’t even Disney theme! Since this movie helped shape me, I wanted to include little details. Nichole was amazing and very clear. They did a wonderful job and even sent photos and added in my wedding date when requested after the design was mostly painted. Everything took less than a month so they are amazing and timely. The response time and communication was quick and thorough. Thank you so much Nichole!!

Do you provide the shoes? Or have shoes in stock?
No, you provide the shoes. That ensures you get the size that's needed in a style that's loved.
What kind of shoes should I send?
As long as your shoes aren't flats, (unless its a special order) has a smooth sole and doesn’t have a giant logo attached, you can send any shoe you're comfortable wearing. The color of the soles/bottoms doesn’t matter either. If you're unsure about a pair, feel free to send me a pic.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, I do! If your country isn't shown in the list, please send me a message.
For EU and international customers (those outside of the U.S.), please note that you will be responsible to pay any customs duties, taxes, fees or VAT charged by your particular country. Since I am a seller in the U.S., these amounts (including VAT) are NOT included in the amount you paid for your item(s) and are not the responsibility of Etsy or Ashton Atelier (seller).
Will my shoes be protected?
I add a "water resistant" coating on top of the painting for better protection.
I'd like to get something else painted, (ie: a purse, a canvas, sneakers, etc) can you do that?
I sure can! I love painting custom orders! Please message me for what you'd like to get done.
How do I choose my size?
You provide the shoes. That way ensures you get the size you need in a style you love.
I don't see a design I want. Do you take requests?
Yes, I do! If you have a certain image in mind or an idea, feel free to contact me.
How do I send my shoes?
Right after your purchase, I'll provide the address for where to send the shoes. I'll let you know when they arrive, send a pic when they're done and ship them back.
